honestly like the historians will look back on 2012-2013 (Cabin in the Woods through now) as the dawn of the Second Age of Whedon.

(The First Age of Whedon lasted as long as BTVS lasted, containing the Good Angel Years and the Rise and Fall of Firefly. Arguably the Great Whedon Famine began after Serenity, was interrupted but not broken by Dr. Horrible, and was Not Even Touched by Dollhouse. The Great Whedon Famine was, of course, broken by the Cabin in the Woods/Avengers reclamation.)
